*NEW* Application for Home Improvements and Modifications
In an effort to provide and protect each individual homeowner’s rights and property values, it is required that any homeowner or group of owners considering improvement(s) and/or change(s) to their home or property submit an “Application for Home Improvements and Modifications” to the Architectural Review Committee. Anytime you do anything outside your home you should get ACC approval. Any change to the outside of your home affects the drainage of your neighbors. If any change is made that has not been approved, per the governing documents, the POA may require an owner to change or remove an improvement.
In addition, plans, sketches, drawings, illustrations, photographs, dimensions, and material samples should be provided to sufficiently describe the project in detail.
With new Homeowners Association State laws and changes, effective September 1, 2021 , there is now a $35 application fee is to be paid with every submission for the processing and record of your improvement. Checks are to be made to "Ashford Place POA".
Your application will not be considered without all documents and fees received.
The ACC Committee has up to thirty (30) days from the date of receipt, to review, approve or deny a request.
