Call 811 Before You Dig
811 is the phone number you call before digging to protect yourself and others from unintentionally hitting underground utility lines.
811 is the federally designated call before you dig number that helps homeowners and professionals avoid damaging these vital utilities. When you make the free call to 811 a few days before you dig, you'll help prevent unintended consequences such as injury to you or your family, damage to your property, utility service outages to the entire neighborhood and potential fines and repair costs.
Parking
Homeowners should park in their driveway at all times. Homeowners and their guests are never permitted to park on the grass of their lot, nor are they allowed to park on any lot that they do not own. Vehicle repair that is visible from the street may not exceed 72 hours and any oil stains, repair debris, tools, etc. must be removed from the driveway as soon as repairs are completed.
Architectural Covenant Control (ACC)
Any exterior changes/additions to the home, including landscaping, must be first approved through the Ashford Place Board of Directors. Applications for improvements can be found on the Association website under ACC Application or by calling the management company. Please note that any change/addition that has not been approved is subject to fines and may lead to legal action against the homeowner.
Violations
Living in a deed-restriction enforced community means that each homeowner must abide by the rules of the community, which are governed by the development standards and covenants within the declarations. The Association’s management company conducts bi-weekly inspections to follow up on violations.
